Job Description
Senior Validation Engineer responsible for equipment and process validation, manufacturing work instructions, customer interface, cross-functional team participation, operational support, training and development, and project management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in validation engineering
- Experience with IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Strong technical writing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills
