We are looking for an Entry-Level Engineer for Medical Disposable Production to join our Industrial Engineering team. The role involves analyzing existing processes, specifying new manufacturing facilities, and applying LEAN methods for process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or natural sciences
• Initial industrial experience/practical experience in Industrial Engineering, production support, or regulated industries
• Readiness to work in a cleanroom under applicable hygiene and safety regulations
• Basic understanding of QMS processes and interest in cause analysis of errors
• Basic knowledge of assembly processes, plastics, or plastic processing, as well as initial experience with time studies, line planning, or automation
• Independent, structured, and learning-ready work style, well-developed teamwork and communication skills
• Good German and English skills (B2)
