Job Description
The Level 2 Cyber Systems Administrator supports enterprise IT infrastructure, virtualization environments, and mission-critical network systems in a high-tempo defense setting.
Requirements
- Monitor and perform health checks on enterprise network and system infrastructure
- Provide daily operations support, system maintenance, patching, and ticket resolution
- Support incident response, troubleshooting, escalation, and technical reporting
- Assist with configuration, deployment, and sustainment of enterprise systems
- Collaborate with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) on engineering support activities
- Support cybersecurity compliance validation and system assessment efforts
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and system procedures
- Contribute to process improvements and system optimization initiatives
