Director of Product Management

The Director of Product Management provides strategic and operational leadership for Products' technical product portfolio, from market discovery to commercialization, cost optimization, and portfolio performance.

Requirements

• Proven, results-driven product leader with the ability to convert strategy into execution
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex technical and commercial concepts to diverse audiences
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Exceptional leadership skills with a collaborative, accountability-driven approach
• Advanced business and financial acumen, including ROI, IRR, EVA, and product P&L management
• Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives using financial impact and strategic alignment
• Experience managing engineered, industrial products across multiple sites or regions
• Deep understanding of material handling, industrial automation, or closely related engineered systems
