Job Description
Milwaukee Electronics is seeking a Test Development Engineer to coordinate the development and implementation of manufacturing test solutions for printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA). The role involves collaborating with customer design teams, internal test engineering and manufacturing teams, and ensuring effective development of ICT (In-Circuit Test) solutions, test fixtures, and production test strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or a related engineering discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, test engineering, or technical project management
- Experience supporting PCBA manufacturing test development, including ICT (In-Circuit Test) environments
- Experience coordinating test fixture development and manufacturing test solutions
- Experience working within an electronics manufacturing or EMS environment
