The DC Lead is responsible for directing and coaching employees, overseeing order picking, scheduling pick-up, training, and monitoring performance and production goals.

Requirements

• Education equivalent to four years of high school
• 2-3 Years General Labor Experience
• Lead experience preferred
• Strong communications skills both oral and written
