Engineering Technician II

Milwaukee Tool is seeking an Engineering Technician II to join their team in Brookfield, WI. The role will involve conducting complex mechanical tests, leading test execution, and performing preventative maintenance and repairs of test equipment. The successful candidate will have a technical associate degree or equivalent experience and 3-5 years of experience in a testing or lab environment.

Requirements

• Conduct diverse and complex mechanical tests using various electrical and mechanical test equipment and techniques
• Lead the execution of assigned tests per work instructions and directed procedures
• Perform pretest preventative maintenance and repairs of test equipment
• Prepare reports and propose recommendations to the engineering team based on data collected and observations
• Demonstrate agility in managing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy, organization, and high-quality documentation
• Exercise personal accountability for results, thoroughness, timeliness, and accuracy of work performed
• Training, overseeing, auditing, and monitoring temporary workers
