Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical failures, perform preventive maintenance, and maintain a clean and safe working environment in a team environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of two years of tool and die experience or die maintenance experience
- Completion of a tool-and-die apprenticeship or similar schooling
- Associates degree from a vocational school in Machine Tool Technology
- Proficiency with machine shop tools (e.g. Lathes, Mills, Surface grinders, etc.)
- Proficiency with TIG welding
- Analytical, written, and verbal skills
- Proficient mathematical skills and troubleshooting skills
- Team oriented with good personal skills and ability to contribute to a safe work environment
