Job Description
The AI Automation & Operations Specialist will be responsible for leveraging AI tools to streamline, automate, and scale business operations in the Legal, HR, Finance, and Research departments. This role requires someone who actively uses AI and automation tools to run business operations.
Requirements
- Use AI tools to assist with legal research, contract drafting, and compliance tasks
- Support accounting and financial documentation, reporting, and data organisation
- Assist with HR documentation, hiring processes, and internal policies
- Conduct business, legal, and market research
- Help implement AI systems and workflow automation across the company
- Organise company documents, filings, and operational processes
