The CTO will set the overall technology vision, lead development efforts, and ensure the delivery of scalable and secure digital health solutions.

Requirements

• Define and execute the technology strategy and roadmap aligned with MindFriend's business goals
• Lead and inspire engineering, AI, and product teams to deliver high-quality digital health products
• Manage cloud infrastructure, DevOps processes, and overall system reliability
• Maintain robust data privacy and security standards in compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams to align technology with product and business needs
• Build the Team: Recruit, hire, and mentor a team high-performing engineers
• Quality Control: Manage the team's daily output, conduct rigorous code reviews, and ensure all features are rigorously tested and bug-free before deployment
• Technical Strategy: Set the technical roadmap, choose the right tech stack, and align engineering goals with our overarching business objectives
