Group Product Manager, Growth & CRM

At Playlist, we're building a platform for intentional living, connecting people with inspiring experiences in fitness, wellness, and beyond. We're looking for a Group Product Manager to lead the development of a unified CRM platform and drive growth-oriented product development.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience
• 3+ years of experience managing Senior Product Managers
• Experience building and scaling growth-focused products
• Deep understanding of client growth lifecycles and marketing systems
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience working across the full product lifecycle
• Hands-on experience integrating Generative AI into product experiences (preferred)
