Senior Analyst, Research & Policy - Walk Free

Minderoo Foundation is a modern philanthropic organisation working to drive massive change. Walk Free is an international human rights group accelerating the end of all forms of modern slavery. The Senior Analyst, Research & Policy role involves conducting research on modern slavery and translating evidence into advocacy.

Requirements

• Postgraduate qualification in international relations, international development, human rights or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in applying statistical concepts and in conducting statistical analyses in Stata or R
• Proven ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships in a complex/ adversarial environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced advocacy skills
• Excellent organisational skills, including project management
• Experience working in international and cross-cultural contexts
• Experience analysing data from probability surveys is highly desirable
