Job Description
We are seeking a Business Operations Assistant to join our team in Beirut, Lebanon. As a Business Operations Assistant, you will provide support to all practices, handle coordination with external subcontractors, and manage project bookings, invoices, and expenses.
Requirements
- University degree
- 1-2 years relevant experience
- Background in management preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Affinity to work with quantitative data
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Service-orientated attitude, proactive thinker, networker, information seeker and team player
- Strong knowledge of relevant computer software (e.g. Microsoft Office), Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
