Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team at MINDFREE Consulting and Recruitment ME in Beirut, Lebanon. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field and at least 2 years of experience in sales. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business leads, developing strong relationships with clients, and driving the growth of our company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the recruitment or consulting industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
