Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience managing full-cycle, high-volume inbound recruiting for entry-level to mid-level roles
• Strong judgment, organizational skills, communication, and time-management skills
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, hiring compliance, and employment laws
