Job Description
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead product rollouts, troubleshoot user issues, and create documentation for a NY based product team.
Requirements
- Own and manage milestones and timelines of all product rollouts
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues
- Create and maintain training, support, and other product documentation
- Manage project timelines and consistently report status to sponsors and stakeholders
- Become a subject matter expert in various areas of the business
- Document existing business processes and refine or create new processes
- Monitor product analytics and identify areas of opportunity
- Lead product and user acceptance testing
- Translate tech speak into intuitive training and support documents
- Interface directly with senior business stakeholders and users
- Create and review test scenarios and participate in testing
