Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition/ Sourcer

As a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition/Sourcer, you will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify top talent, create talent pools, and generate pipelines for open roles at Nest. You will also provide market intelligence to solve candidate pipeline challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of demonstrated technical sourcing experience with 1+ years of in-house/non-agency experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment
• Capable of solving complex pipeline challenges
