Job Description
Mindlance is seeking a User Experience Designer for a 6-9 month contract position in San Francisco/ San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience with design system frameworks, design specification tools, and lean UX methodology.
Requirements
- Real passion for user-centered design and collaborative work
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to different audiences
- Experience working closely between designers and developers
- Expertise in standard design and prototyping tools including Sketch and InVision
- Eagerness to learn, expand your skills, and try new tools
- Ardent love of efficiency and the ability to visualize and execute processes
- Experience with design system frameworks like Bootstrap, Foundation and Atomic
- Working knowledge of design specification tools like Zeplin and Inspector
- An understanding of the Design Process
- Familiarity with lean UX methodology
- HTML, CSS & JavaScript knowledge is a plus
