UX Designer

Mindlance is seeking a UX Designer with experience in Finance or Banking domain to join a small agile team. The ideal candidate will be able to create innovative customer experiences, work with designers, strategists, and product owners, and develop user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years UX design experience
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Design, User Experience or Computer Science related field
• Portfolio with diverse projects
• Intimate knowledge of Sketch, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Advanced understanding of interaction design, IA, and intuitive user interfaces and navigation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Impressive communication/presentation skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
