Accounts Executive (Finance)

Accounts Executive position available at a property development company in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements, maintaining accurate accounting entries, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Part qualification in AAT, CA, CMA, or an equivalent accounting certification.
• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Sri Lankan tax laws and statutory requirements will be an added advantage.
