Assistant Manager / Manager Finance

Assistant Manager / Manager Finance role at a reputed travel company in Sri Lanka, requiring a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting, with a strong advantage in the travel, tourism, hospitality, or airline industry.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (e.g., B.Com, BBA in Finance)
• Professional accounting qualification such as CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, ACCA, or CMA (fully or partly qualified)
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role
• Experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality, or airline industry is a strong advantage
• Sound knowledge of Sri Lankan tax laws, accounting standards, and statutory requirements
• Proficiency in financial software / ERP systems
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and forecasting skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
