Job Description
Our client is seeking a Manager - Tour Operations (Inbound) to lead their Inbound Tour Operations team and drive excellence in delivering exceptional travel services.
Requirements
- Develop and execute strategies to boost revenue and attract more tourists.
- Oversee daily operations of inbound tour management.
- Manage tour accommodation, ticketing, transportation, sightseeing, coordination and itinerary customization.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for customer needs and satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze performance, prepare regular and ad-hoc reports.
- Assist in developing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Manage relationships with regional, corporate, and international clients.
- Stay updated on tourism regulations, trends, and industry news.
