Job Description
Mindrift is looking for skilled AI Workflow Engineers to join the Tendem project and build intelligent automation systems powered by LLMs within our hybrid AI + human environment.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in AI automation, prompt engineering, workflow development, or software development
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Linguistics, or related fields
- Strong experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or similar) and integrating them into workflows
- English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above
