Brand Designer - Freelance AI Trainer

Mindrift is looking for a highly skilled Brand Designer to join the Tendem project and drive specialized data scraping workflows within our hybrid AI + human system. As a Brand Designer, your focus will be on brand asset creation, visual identity, and brand consistency. You will serve as the architect of the brand identity, modernizing aesthetics and ensuring that all visual touchpoints look cohesive across various mediums using industry-standard design tools.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or related creative fields is a plus.
• English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above (required).
• A strategic, detail-obsessed mindset focused on long-term brand equity.
• Strong dedication to visual consistency and functioning as a true brand gatekeeper.
• Self-directed work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot independently and deliver high-quality assets.
