DevOps Engineer (Automation Systems) - Freelance AI Trainer

Mindrift is looking for a skilled DevOps / Automation Engineer to join the Tendem project and build and maintain scalable infrastructure for automation workflows in a hybrid AI + human environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or backend system management
• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical fields
• Strong experience with cloud platforms, server environments, and deployment workflows
• Proven ability to maintain high-availability systems and scalable architectures
• English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above
