Presentation designer / Freelance AI Trainer

We are looking for a highly skilled Presentation Designer to join the Tendem project and drive specialized storytelling workflows within our hybrid AI + human system.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative fields
• 2+ years of experience in presentation design or a related field, with a portfolio of high-quality decks
• Strong skills in PowerPoint, Keynote, or similar tools, including building clean and well-structured presentations
• Experience with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma
• Ability to turn complex ideas or data into clear and visually appealing slides
• Understanding of basic design principles: layout, typography, and simple animations
• Good sense of what looks “premium” vs average in presentations
• Attention to detail and аккуратность в работе
• Ability to work independently and figure things out without constant guidance
