Presentation Designer - Freelance AI Trainer

Mindrift is looking for a Presentation Designer to join the Tendem project and drive specialized data scraping workflows within our hybrid AI + human system. The role involves creating high-stakes pitch decks and professional one-pagers, translating complex data into clear visual storytelling, and elevating presentations using custom fonts, elegant animations, and perfect visual consistency.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative fields is a plus.
• Presentation software: Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, etc., for building complex, dynamic, and perfectly animated decks.
• Design tools: Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma to create custom graphics and layouts.
• Data & information design: Ability to translate complex data and multi-level hierarchical structures into clear, minimalist visual storytelling.
• Typography & animation: Advanced skills in working with custom fonts and smooth, elegant animations for premium deliverables.
• English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above (required).
• Hands-on experience creating high-end, premium corporate-meets-creative style layouts.
• Strong attention to detail and absolute commitment to visual perfectness.
• Self-directed work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot design challenges independently.
• Portfolio with presentations or pitch decks must be included in the CV.
