Presentation Designer - Freelance AI Trainer

Mindrift is looking for a highly skilled Presentation Designer to join the Tendem project and drive specialized data scraping workflows within our hybrid AI + human system. In this part-time remote opportunity, you'll collaborate with Tendem Agents and provide critical thinking and design skills to turn briefs and rough drafts into clean, on-brand, and easy-to-ship web-ready designs.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative fields (plus).
• Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, etc., for building complex, dynamic, and perfectly animated decks.
• Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma to create custom graphics and layouts.
• Ability to translate complex data and multi-level hierarchical structures into clear, minimalist visual storytelling.
• Advanced skills in working with custom fonts and smooth, elegant animations for premium deliverables.
• Upper-intermediate (B2) or above English proficiency (required).
• Hands-on experience creating high-end, premium corporate-meets-creative style layouts.
• Strong attention to detail and absolute commitment to visual perfectness.
• Self-directed work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot design challenges independently.
