Job Description
Mindtickle is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to create high-quality learning experiences and take ownership of the entire project lifecycle, including client management and content development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or Content Creation
- Experience using PowerPoint
- Leveraging AI tools effectively
- Instructional Design certification (plus)
- End-to-end content development experience (plus)
- Working knowledge of Articulate 360 (good to have)
- Exposure to multiple output formats (SCORM, videos, job aids, etc.) (advantage)
