Requirements
- 8–10+ years working at the intersection of design and frontend engineering
- Production-level proficiency in React, TypeScript, and CSS
- Deep Figma fluency
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining a design system in a product company
- Strong command of motion, micro-interactions, and visual polish
- Comfortable using AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, v0...) as part of everyday workflow
- Solid understanding of accessibility (WCAG), responsive/mobile design, and performance tradeoffs
