Job Description
As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will serve as the technical and consultative leader for complex, enterprise-grade Mindtickle implementations, partnering with customers and cross-functional teams to design scalable, secure, and outcome-driven solutions.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Enterprise SaaS implementations
- Experience working with mid-to-large enterprise customers in complex, multi-system environments
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, SSO, and authentication frameworks
- Experience with iPaaS / ETL tools such as Workato, Mulesoft, Boomi, Jitterbit, or similar
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling; experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server)
- Experience with BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent
- Working knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Node.js for automation and data processing
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and enterprise security concepts
