Job Description
Mindtickle is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the delivery of their Enterprise SaaS platform. This role focuses on end-to-end program execution, ensuring alignment across teams and driving high-impact outcomes. The TPM will be responsible for eliminating execution roadblocks, managing risks, and enhancing efficiency within an AI-driven environment.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in TPM role
- Experience driving large-scale platform engineering initiatives
- Prior experience in establishing engineering productivity metrics and transformation
- Strong technical foundation in system design, architecture, API design, and performance.
- Proficiency in tools like Datadog
- Experience with Agile and Lean methodologies
