Job Description
MongoDB is seeking a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to lead data-driven experiments and deliver features for their leading developer data platform, MongoDB Atlas. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, communicating program updates to stakeholders, and influencing technical discussions. The ideal candidate is a seasoned program leader with 15+ years of experience in engineering and strong Cloud infrastructure expertise.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in an engineering organization leading complex technical programs.
- 10+ years of Software development background, with Cloud storage and compute products.
- Experience with Service Oriented Architecture and Cloud Infrastructure
- Skilled at communicating across a diverse set of engineers and stakeholders.
- Hyper-organized and capable of coordinating across multiple work streams.
