UX Design Manager

Mindtickle is looking for a UX Research Manager to lead and grow our UX research practice across our platform. In this role, you'll manage and mentor a small team of researchers while remaining deeply hands-on, shaping product decisions through high-quality, continuous research.

Requirements

• 6–9+ years of experience in UX research
• 2+ years in a people management or lead role
• Strong experience conducting mixed-methods research (qualitative and quantitative)
• Understanding of SaaS product dynamics
• Skill in synthesizing research into compelling stories
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders
