The Service Coordinator is responsible for assisting and communicating with Field Service Technicians and customers, ensuring prompt customer service on warehouse equipment. The role involves reviewing and processing service requests, scheduling planned maintenance, documenting information, and maintaining accurate records. The selected candidate will work in-person at our Nashville office and be required to work standard business hours.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a service coordination or service management role
- Mechanical or technical background is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Professionalism in an office environment as well as on the phone
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven, service environment
- Proven organizational and planning skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
- Basic knowledge of accounting processes
- General computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office Products such as: Outlook; Excel; and Word
- Able to work overtime when assigned and/or required
