Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the planning, execution, and overall management of the site’s maintenance program, driving equipment improvements and implementing a sustainable reliability program.
Requirements
- Preferred – Associate Degree in Reliability or Mechanical Engineering
- 7+ years’ experience in maintenance supervision and reliability maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong understanding of repairable parts maintenance (RPM)
- Knowledgeable in fatality prevention industry standards and practices
- Knowledgeable in general OSHA safety regulations
