Job Description
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the site, including production, maintenance, and administrative functions. Coordinates with Quality Assurance to ensure products are produced in accordance with customer specifications and ensures customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Operational Excellence experience
- 5S, Kaizen, TPM, Standard work, and Kanban systems knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent experience
- Good leadership, management, and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer focus for both internal and external customers
- Microsoft Office competency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Access)
- Knowledge of Oracle business system (optional)
