Technical Sales Manager - Drilling Products

Minerals Technologies Inc. is seeking a Technical Sales Manager for its Drilling Products division. The successful candidate will execute the sales and marketing plan throughout the Northeast/MidAtlantic region, increasing revenue and reaching sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sciences, Business, or Marketing
• Experience in selling to distribution networks (preferable)
• Strong presentation, public speaking, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM programs
• Self-motivated, flexible, and ability to work in a team environment
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Drilling industry experience (desirable)
• English fluency required
