NA Operations Project Manager III

Mini-Circuits is seeking a Project Manager for North American Operations to lead and manage all assigned operational projects, drive project execution from concept through completion, and improve efficiency and effectiveness in manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Full project life cycle ownership
• Accurately define projects' purpose, scope, and objectives
• Develop detailed project plans
• Collaborate with department managers to assign resources
• Manage all aspects of multiple related projects
• Document project status using project tracking tools
• Prepare reports and updates for manager(s) and senior management
• Close projects in accordance with established procedures
• Develop and implement change management strategies
• Conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness
• Create and manage communication plans
• Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional teams
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation
• Engage with senior leadership and external stakeholders to communicate project updates, challenges, and outcomes
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies
• Continuing professional development to keep abreast of emerging technologies and best practices
• Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
• Assess project risks and develop proactive strategies for mitigation
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge project health and implement corrective actions
• Utilize project management software and tools to track progress, manage resources, and report on project status
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management on project milestones, deliverables, and outcomes
• Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies
• Promote a safety-first culture in all project-related activities
