Senior Manager of Design Engineering

Mini-Circuits designs and manufactures integrated circuits, modules, and sub-systems for high-performance RF and microwave applications. They operate globally, serving a diverse range of industries and applications. The Senior Manager of Design Engineering – LTCC is responsible for leading all design aspects of the LTCC Development Team, ensuring manufacturable designs within budget and time constraints, and fostering innovation.

Requirements

• Manage the design of RF & Microwave circuits, components and sub-assemblies.
• Accountable for adherence to device perturbation and sensitivity analysis.
• Direct and manage the performance of the group’s circuit, components and sub-assemblies’ analysis and simulation efforts.
• Develop novel simulation models.
• Manage a library of FEM and MoM simulation models.
• Create a design flow and strategy.
• Provide technical support to various departments.
• Manage the design team and mentor team members.
• Track budget and execution of projects.
• Provide engineering execution excellence.
