Community Church of Vero Beach - Minister of Youth and Families

The Community Church of Vero Beach is seeking a Minister of Youth and Families to establish and execute a plan for faith formation for children and youth, and to champion their spiritual formation. The ideal candidate will have a deep and growing Christian faith, experience working with middle and high school youth, and strong relational and organizational skills.

Requirements

• A deep and growing Christian faith with a commitment to the theology and values of the United Church of Christ.
• Experience working with middle and/or high school youth in a ministry or related setting.
• Strong relational, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to create inclusive, affirming spaces and to work respectfully with diverse populations.
• Willingness to collaborate with church staff, lay leaders, and families.
