Job Description
Holy Innocents Episcopal Church is seeking a Director/Minister of Youth and Families to lead their youth and family ministries. The ideal candidate will be an outgoing team player who can invite people into a relationship with Jesus and actively invite youth and families to participate in missions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Align with Episcopal traditions in worship and teaching as described in The 1979 Book of Common Prayer
- Strong leadership and volunteer development skills
- Strong organizational ability, excellent verbal, and written communication skills
- Skills in developing and implementing ministry strategies for personal growth and development of children and/or youth
