Job Description
Help shape the future of Education by shaping effective, well-planned and investable school sites across Aotearoa. Analyze complex technical inputs and provide clear, practical advice to planners and decision-makers. Improve systems and processes using data, GIS and technology.
Requirements
- Proven experience in site due diligence, development feasibility or infrastructure planning
- A strong understanding of planning, infrastructure and development risks
- Familiarity with NZ's planning and regulatory environment, including the RMA and NZBC
- The ability to analyse data, test assumptions and clearly explain findings
- An interest in improving systems and processes, including the use of data, GIS and technology
- A collaborative mindset and a commitment to supporting team and organisational outcomes
- The ability and willingness to adhere to the Public Service Standards of Integrity and Conduct
