Job Description
Provide excellent customer service to all visitors while maintaining a safe environment. Accurately process all types of sales using computerized ticketing system. Achieve designated sales goals. Ensure exhibits are ready for visitor use. Support visitor operations and needs through the museum including the outdoor spaces like the terrace and backyard.
Requirements
- One year of customer service experience
- Experience working or volunteering with children in an educational or recreational setting
- Box Office: Experience using a computerized point of sales (POS) system
