Court Operations Associate, Civil Filing, Fourth Judicial District (2 Positions)

The Hennepin County District Court is seeking a Court Operations Associate to work in the Civil Division-Civil Filing Department. The role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with technology, and excellent customer service skills. The successful candidate will perform administrative work, review filings, and provide court information to internal and external customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of relevant job experience or equivalent amount of post-high school education and experience
• Experience using Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, or other electronic document applications
• Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume fast-paced work environment
• Effective customer service and interpersonal skills
