Job Description
The Court Operations Associate position is responsible for processing cases and assisting court customers and justice partners to provide justice through a fair and timely resolution of cases and controversies. The role involves performing advanced clerical functions, providing courtroom support, and working with judges, court reporters, and other justice partners.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of relevant job experience or greater
- Experience providing customer service
- Ability to learn rules of court, state statutes, case processing, policies, and procedures
