Job Description
The Minnesota Judicial Branch is seeking a Law Clerk for a current or on-going opening. This role offers an opportunity to work within the Minnesota Judicial Branch at the Trial Court level and gain experience in the legal field. Law Clerks will perform legal research, preparation of documents, and administrative work, supporting the court's mission of providing justice.
Requirements
- Completion of at least one year at an accredited law school.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Minimum knowledge of general law, state law, established precedent, and legal sources.
