Job Description
The Painter 2 & 3 is responsible for applying high-quality coatings to vinyl window frames and components using manual painting equipment, ensuring that all products meet quality standards per company and customer specifications.
Requirements

- Assist in staging and preparing window components for painting
- Apply paint using a compressed air spray gun under supervision
- Follow paint application techniques and safety guidelines
- Conduct basic visual inspections for defects and quality
- Maintain clean equipment and workspaces
- Read and interpret order paperwork and production instructions
- Monitor environmental conditions in paint area (e.g., humidity, temperature)
- Handle painting chemicals and materials safely
- Perform touch-ups and minor rework as directed
