Job Description
Join the luxury hospitality brand Anantara as a Captain/Master/Skipper at Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara. This full-time position is responsible for the safety, security, and comfort of all passengers and crew, as well as the overall management of the boat and its crew. The ideal candidate will have a Master 500 certification, valid STCW, valid radio license, and a valid medical certificate. They will also have 2-5 years of experience in the same field, good English communication skills, good technical skills, a pleasing personality, and the ability to handle pressure at work and multi-task.
Requirements
- Anticipate guest needs and handle guest inquiries
- Responsible for the safety, security and comfort of all passengers and crew
- Trains and monitors crew progress
- Maintain uniform and cleanliness of the boat
- Report any issues with boat or equipment
- Ensure good condition of mooring ropes and berthing equipment
