Job Description
A Food & Beverage Attendant is required to provide prompt and courteous service delivery to guests in the food and beverage outlets. Responsibilities include ensuring the timely and efficient operation of the outlets, developing professional skills to increase guest satisfaction, and upholding the privacy rights of guests.
Requirements
- Hotel & Restaurant Management related qualification(s) or equivalent
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations
- Passion for excellent service
- Excellent team player
- Proficient in English and Thai and computer literate
